Avakas Gorge Trail

Avakas Gorge is located near the bay of Toxeftras, accompanies Akamas in the province of Paphos. You will find it as you head towards Agio Georgio (Saint George) of Pegia. The specific gorge is an untold grandeur for nature lovers. There one meets a vastness of fauna and flora such as pistachia, oleander, porcupines, hares, lizards and frogs. The ending part of the gorge is in the stream with the water never running dry throughout the year.
