1. Introduction

Welcome to Outlo.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Outlo mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Outlo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Outlo, and at least 18 to create activities or make payments. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Using Outlo

Outlo helps you discover activities and places, plan trips, and book experiences. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and when you create listings.
• Use the Service in line with these Terms and applicable laws.
• Respect other users, hosts, and the venues and activities you attend.

5. Bookings, Tickets and Payments

Some activities are free and some are paid. Paid bookings and tickets are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Outlo does not store full payment card details.

• When you book or buy a ticket, you agree to pay the listed price.
• The host or activity creator is responsible for delivering the activity as described.
• Refunds, cancellations and changes are subject to the host's policy and the payment provider's rules.
• External booking links (for example to partner platforms) are governed by that partner's own terms.

6. Hosts and Activity Creators

If you create activities or list a place, you are the host. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, for honoring bookings, and for complying with any laws, licenses and taxes that apply to your activity.

• Creating activities may require an active Activity Pro subscription or pass.
• Paid activities require a connected payout account; payouts are subject to the payment provider's terms.
• Outlo may review, approve, decline or remove listings to keep the platform safe and accurate.

7. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you post, such as photos, descriptions and reviews. By posting, you grant Outlo a licence to host and display that content within the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users or hosts.
• Attempt to bypass payments, fees, or security measures.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse the Service or its data.
• Use Outlo for anything other than its intended purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

Outlo may link to or integrate third-party websites, businesses, activities and services, including booking partners. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

Outlo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings, activities or information will always be accurate. Activities are run by hosts, not by Outlo, and you attend them at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, or content of hosts, users, or third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using Outlo and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Outlo after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
