Outlo
For businesses and creators

List your place or activity on Outlo

Put your venue, attraction, event or experience in front of people looking for things to do nearby. Set it up once and it shows on the Outlo app and the web, on the map and in search.

Ongoing places

Restaurants, cafes, museums, parks, beaches, clubs and attractions. Always there, listed with your opening hours and how people can book or visit.

Activity creators

Events, festivals, classes, tours and experiences with a set date and time. List them free to join, or sell tickets and get paid.

How to get listed

From account to live listing in six steps. You can do it in the app or on the website.

  1. 1.Create your account

Sign up with your email, Google or Apple, either in the Outlo app (iOS or Android) or here on the website. Verify your email with the code we send.

  2. 2.Set up as an Organization

When you complete your profile, choose the Organization account type and confirm you are 18 or over. Add your name, city and a logo or photo so people recognise you.

  3. 3.Unlock listing

Listing is part of Outlo Premium. Subscribe on the Premium page, or if you are an established venue or organiser, get in touch to be set up as an official partner.

  4. 4.Add your place or activity

Open Create and follow the short wizard (details below). Choose Ongoing place for a venue, or Scheduled event for something with a date and time.

  5. 5.Set up payouts (only if you charge)

If your activity is paid, add your payout details so money from ticket sales reaches your bank. Outlo keeps a small platform fee; the rest is yours. Free listings skip this step.

  6. 6.Go live

Submit it. Your listing then appears on Outlo, on the map and in search. Some listings are reviewed by our team first. You can edit or update it any time.

Adding a listing, step by step

The Create wizard walks you through everything. It takes a few minutes.

1. Type, categories and title

Pick Ongoing place or Scheduled event, choose one or more categories (for example Food, Attractions, Nightlife), and give it a clear title.

2. Location

Search for the address or drop a pin on the map. This is where your place shows on the Outlo map.

3. When or opening hours

For a scheduled event, set the date, start time and duration (single or multi-day). For an ongoing place, set your opening days and hours, or mark it open 24 hours.

4. Description and capacity

Describe what people can expect and, for events, how many can join. Add contact details like phone, website or social links.

5. Free or paid

Make it free to join, or set a ticket price. For ongoing places you can also point people to how they book: a request, a phone number, or an external booking link.

6. Photos

Add a cover image and up to five gallery photos. Good photos make a real difference to how many people tap through.

7. Review and submit

Check everything looks right, then submit. That is it, your listing is on its way onto Outlo.

Getting paid

Listings can be free to join or ticketed. If you sell tickets, you add your payout details once, and ticket money is paid out to your bank automatically. Outlo keeps a small platform fee on paid sales and you keep the rest.

Prefer to take bookings your own way? Ongoing places can send people to a phone number or an external booking link instead of selling tickets on Outlo.

Questions

Do I need the app, or can I use the website?

Either works. You can create and manage your listing in the Outlo app or here on the website with the same account.

Can I edit my listing later?

Yes. You can update details, hours, photos and pricing at any time, and unpublish if you need to.

How do people find my listing?

It shows on the Outlo map, in Explore, and in search by category and location, to people browsing your area.

Is there a cost?

Listing is part of Outlo Premium, and paid activities include a small fee on ticket sales. Established venues and organisers can contact us about official partner status.
