Power Beach Outdoor Fitness Community

Power Beach is a free outdoor beach gym and fitness community at Dasoudi Beach in Limassol. The training area includes pull-up bars, parallel bars, push-up bars and other bodyweight-training equipment. It welcomes children, teenagers, adults, seniors and athletes, and is designed for calisthenics, functional fitness, street workout and general outdoor exercise. The location is next to Limassol Nautical Club and is open throughout the year; users should bring water and avoid the hottest midday hours in summer.
